Learner Report Card View

Learner Report Card View provide administrators to monitor and track each individual learner’s progress and performance across all the enrolled courses. This information helps administrators (specially group admins) track course completion and follow up with learners to drive adoption of the training program.

To access the Learner Report Card View, you need to select a user from the group details page or All users list page.

In this article, you will learn more about different metrics and reports available to the administrator for individual leaner analytics for all the enrolled courses.

Permissions Level

The Microsoft Community Training management portal provides role-based administration and depending upon the type of access level administrator can perform an action on the portal. Table below shows administrative role which can access the group view:

Overview metrics

This section of the Learner Report Card View enables admin to get a quick summary of the overall status of the learner progress across all the enrolled courses. As shown in the image below, you will find the following 3 metrics:

  1. Modules Enrolled: Show the total number of courses a learner has been enrolled or registered for

  2. Module Completion: Show the total number of courses a learner has completed

  3. Average Quiz Score: Show the average quiz score across all the courses where learners has attempted the Practice Quiz and Exam

Detailed progress and performance on the Enrolled courses

This section of the Learner Report Card View provides details on the learning progress and performance for each individual course in a grid view. As shown in the image below, for each course, you will see the following metrics:

  1. Module Name – Name of the course user has been enrolled

  2. Average Quiz Score % - Show the average quiz score across all the Practice Quiz and Exam attempted by the leaners. If there are no quizzes/exams in the course, then this column will set to Not Applicable

  3. % Course Progress – Number of lessons completed by learners for a course

  4. Quizzes Completed - Number of quizzes completed by learners for a course

  5. Enrolled On – Date on which learner was enrolled for the course

You can download the report card in a CSV format for further analysis.
